Nice pattern, produced a very nice pair of trousers. Really good for a practical person, lots of pockets to hold stuff and sturdy design. Also, my end result is extremely comfortable. I'm probably going to make a second pair just the same, and then possibly more for relatives.

The instructions are good, and overall I found this pattern easy to follow. There are detailed step by step instructions, and diagrams at each stage of how it should look. There was one small headache with the waistband (where the terminology gets a bit confusing- basically you fold the waistband so that what *was* the right side becomes the wrong side, and this isn't explicitly stated anywhere). However there's a half hour sew-along of the pattern on YouTube which I was able to turn to for help and easily solved the issue.

The pattern is recommended for a confident beginner. That's about right.

One note to the user- be aware that even elasticated, the pattern runs quite large. When you're working around the waistband, be aware of this! I normally wear 31/32 and needed to lose about 3 inches from the waist of size M to avoid extreme scrunchage. This wasn't too hard, I took fabric from the "fly" and the sideseams where the pockets open.
