Beautiful guipure dressmaking lace fabric in nude, the motif is made by a series of closely packed embroidery stitches onto a fine fabric that disintegrates in the finishing process. This means that the “backing” fabric cannot be seen in the finished article as with our other types of lace. For the bride who dislikes the look of net but who would like to lace in her wedding gown, lace is an elegant choice – it is surprisingly easy to use, being a robust fabric and can be used either in the bodice, skirt or train of a dress. Please be sure you are happy with this fabric as any returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, order a sample if you are unsure. |
